青島黃海船用氣囊制造有限公司成立于一九九五年，位于風景秀麗，氣候宜人，交通便利的濱海城市,帆船之都-青島。 公司占地上萬平方米，建筑面積7000余平方米。十五年的勵精圖治，風雨歷程，逐漸發展壯大，組建了一支集科研、創新、生產和銷售高度專業化的優秀隊伍。 公司科技人員經過反復試驗，精心研制，開發出具有高科技含量的新一代氣囊產品——“黃海牌” 高強度螺旋型編制兩用氣囊系列產品，其中MLG-T型（螺旋型編制平面氣囊），MLD-V型（帶有溝槽保護層）、MLG-H型（全鋼絲層）三種新產品，均獲得國家專利，系在全國范圍內獨家生產經營。廣泛用于各類船舶的上排下水，及打撈沉船、搬運重物等工程。高強度編制兩用氣囊MLG-T型和MLD-V型氣囊產品的投放市場，解決了國內外各類平、尖底大型船舶普遍存在的上下水難問題。 公司主要生產氣囊，護舷（靠球）和建筑工程充氣芯模等產品，每年都在不斷更新完善，現擁有自己開發研制的專業生產線，產品領先國內外市場，先進的機械設備和技術工藝生產出外表耐磨，耐老化，氣密性好，強度高，使用壽命長、承載壓力大的優質氣囊，該類氣囊目前已能承接載重60000噸，自重10000多噸巨型船舶的安全上下水工程，同時克服了修造船時受制于固定下水滑道的弊端，具有投資少、機動靈活、安全可靠、易存放、綜合經濟效益高等優點。產品通過ISO9001：2008國際質量管理體系認證，中國船級社（CCS）質量認證，且遠銷美國、法國、意大利、英國、新加坡、印度尼西亞、韓國、馬來西亞等多個國家和地區。 公司一貫堅持“以質量求生存，以創新求發展，誠信經營”為宗旨，以質量開拓市場，向管理要效益，把客戶的滿意作為我們最高的要求。 Qingdao Huanghai Air Chamber Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 1995,located in the beautiful scenery ,pleasant climate and convenient transportation，the sailing city-Qingdao. The company covers about up to 10 thousand square meters, building area 7000 square meters. With the 15 years ups and downs,preserving efforts ,we are growing up and organized a high specialize team with gather scientific research ,innovation ,production and sales. Our technicians have researched and developed a new generation product with high technology— Huanghai Brand series weaving products are high strongth,screw-type of two ways usage.There are three kinds of new products have been granted National Patents ,namely,MLG-T Model( weaved screw-type plane airbag),MLD-V Model(with flute-shape protective layer),MLG-H Model(all steel wire weaved ),which allowed the right of executive operation and produce in country’s region.The airbags are widely used in various types of ships to launch and load, Shipwreck salvage, carry heavy loads and other projects.The MLG-T Model( weaved screw-type plane air-bag),MLD-V Model(with flute-shape protective layer) have solved problems concerning launching and landing for flat and sharp bottom ships after their launched onto the market .
