It lies in one of the Chinese economic development centers, Yangtse River Delta and is located in Jiangsu Qidong marine industry park. Standing on the north bank downstream, the yard is 18km away from the Yangtse River Estuary, 3km away from the Yanjiang road(a high standard road), 5km away from Chongqi bridge(connecting Chongming Island and Qidong),70km away from Pudong International Airport and an hour’s drive from shanghai, the cosmopolis. Due to the superior geographic position, the traffic is convenient in either water, land or air transportation. The shipyard has about 350m coastline with deep water along the Yangtse River. Total area in the yard is about 135,000㎡. The major production equipment are as follows: —one dry dock 36.5m×210m with one 300T gantry crane —220m deep water outfitting quay, with two 16T cranes —hull workshop —painting workshop —steel pretreatment workshop —piping workshop —electrical workshop —outfitting workshop And a number of warehouse, stowage platform, bonded warehouse air compressor station, transformer station office building and workers dormitory etc. With experienced management team and technical team, the yard can achieve effective control of production, business technical quality and safety issues.
